Build Points

Build Points are used to purchase Ability Scores, Skills, Feats, and Powers.

Build Points are awarded by the DM. At character creation, the DM will inform you of how many Build Points you have. When you complete objectives in-game, the DM will reward you with more Build Points.

Build Points and Level

Your Level is determined by how many Build Points you have. It is largely just a description of your overall capabilities; Build Points are the true determining factor.
